Terms & Conditions — m9wim Platform

1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context requires otherwise, the following expressions have the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" means the m9wim website, all associated sub-domains, mobile-optimised pages, and any application or service operated under the m9wim brand at the domain m9wim.net.
• "m9wim", "we", "us", "our" means the operator of the m9wim Platform.
• "You", "User", "Member" means any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal member account created by you on the Platform following successful registration.
• "Balance" means the real-money funds held in your Account denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any stake placed on a sporting event, casino game, lottery draw, or any other gambling product available on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by m9wim to a Member's Account subject to wagering requirements and conditions set out in these Terms and in individual promotion pages.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required to confirm a Member's eligibility to use the Platform.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region in which participation in the activities offered on the Platform is prohibited or requires a local licence that m9wim does not hold.
• "WIB" means Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the time zone applicable to Jakarta, Sumatra, and West and Central Java, used as the default reference time for all Platform communications unless otherwise stated.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Access to the Platform and participation in any gambling product offered by m9wim is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis during Account use:

• You are at least 21 years of age. m9wim does not permit access by persons under 21 under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the Platform as a private individual acting on your own behalf, and not on behalf of any third party or business entity.
• You are not a resident of a Restricted Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or placing any wager.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of m9wim, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously had an Account suspended or permanently closed by m9wim for any breach of these Terms.

2.2 m9wim primarily serves English-preference players located in Indonesia. Indonesian residents who choose to use the Platform do so voluntarily and acknowledge that online gambling carries legal complexity under Indonesian law. m9wim operates as an internationally licensed platform outside Indonesian jurisdiction. Players are solely responsible for ensuring their own compliance with applicable local laws.

2.3 m9wim reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by the support team may result in Account suspension pending verification.

3. Account Registration

3.1 To access real-money betting and gaming products on the Platform, you must create an Account by completing the registration process accurately and in full. You warrant that all information submitted during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details — is truthful, current, and complete.

3.2 One account per person. Each Member is permitted to hold one Account only. Opening duplicate, parallel, or linked Accounts — whether under the same identity or under different names — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any Bonus Funds therein. Real-money Balance in duplicate Accounts may be returned at m9wim's discretion following identity verification.

3.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any two-factor authentication code with any other person. m9wim will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where that access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.4 You must notify m9wim's support team immediately if you believe your Account credentials have been compromised. Contact the team via live chat from your Account dashboard or by writing to [email protected].

3.5 KYC verification. m9wim will require identity verification before processing your first withdrawal. Acceptable documents include a national identity card (KTP), passport, or driving licence. Proof of address may also be requested. KYC documents must be submitted in a legible format and must match the details provided at registration. m9wim reserves the right to request updated KYC documentation at any time.

3.6 m9wim reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 All transactions on the Platform are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). m9wim supports deposits and withdrawals via the following local payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

4.2 Deposits. Deposits are credited to your Balance upon confirmation of receipt by the relevant payment processor. m9wim targets instant crediting for all local bank and e-wallet transfers during normal operating hours, but does not guarantee processing times and accepts no liability for delays caused by the payment provider, bank maintenance windows, or Indonesian public holidays.

4.3 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. m9wim targets withdrawal processing within 24 hours WIB of a verified request being submitted. Actual receipt times depend on the receiving bank or e-wallet provider.

4.4 Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply. Current limits are displayed within the cashier section of your Account dashboard. m9wim reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.

4.5 You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a payment account not matching the registered Member's identity will be reversed and the Account flagged for review.

4.6 m9wim does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees. m9wim accepts no liability for third-party transaction charges.

4.7 m9wim reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, the relevant law enforcement or regulatory authority may be notified.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 m9wim may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload offers, and other incentives to Members. All such promotions are subject to these general Terms and to any specific terms published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is active.

5.2 Wagering requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games or markets, minimum odds, and expiry period are stated on each individual promotion page. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, wagering requirements must be met using Bonus Funds only; Real-money Balance wagers do not count toward Bonus Fund rollover.

5.3 Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Systematic or coordinated bonus exploitation — including but not limited to opening multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, arbitrage betting designed solely to clear wagering requirements at minimal risk, and the use of automated tools or bots — constitutes abuse and will result in the forfeiture of Bonus Funds, cancellation of pending withdrawals derived from bonus play, and may result in permanent Account closure.

5.4 m9wim reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Where a promotion has already been claimed by a Member, any modification will not affect Bonus Funds already credited to that Member's Account at the time of modification, subject to the existing wagering conditions.

5.5 Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Member, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Claiming a welcome bonus from a second Account will be treated as a duplicate Account breach under clause 3.2.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 All bets placed on the Platform are final once confirmed. m9wim does not accept requests to cancel, reverse, or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the system, except in cases where m9wim has determined that a pricing error has occurred.

6.2 Pricing errors. In the event that a market is offered at manifestly incorrect odds due to a technical fault or human error, m9wim reserves the right to void any bets placed at the erroneous price. Affected Members will be notified and their stake returned to their Balance.

6.3 Live casino games, slot machines, and all other random number generator (RNG) products on the Platform are operated under the technical standards of m9wim's international licensing framework. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation systems and are provably fair. Historic game results do not influence future outcomes.

6.4 m9wim's sportsbook covers a broad range of markets including BRI Liga 1, the English Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, AFF Cup, and international fixtures involving Timnas Indonesia, as well as badminton, MotoGP, e-sports (Mobile Legends MPL, PUBG Mobile), and other events. Market availability is subject to change without notice. m9wim accepts no liability for the omission of any particular event or market.

6.5 Mix parlay (accumulator) bets are subject to specific rules regarding void selections. Where one or more selections in a mix parlay are voided, the remaining selections will stand and the odds will be recalculated accordingly. Full terms for each bet type are available within the sportsbook interface.

6.6 Maximum payout limits apply per event, per market type, and per day. Current payout limits are published within the sportsbook and game interfaces. m9wim reserves the right to limit the stake or payout of any individual Member without prior notice or explanation.

7. Responsible Gaming

7.1 m9wim is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming. The Platform provides a suite of free self-management tools to all Members, accessible from the Account dashboard at any time without requiring contact with the support team:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined time period.
• Session time reminders: Receive alerts when a defined period of continuous play has elapsed.
• Cooling-off period: Temporarily restrict access to your Account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-exclusion: Request permanent or long-term exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours WIB and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

7.2 If you believe gambling is negatively affecting your finances, relationships, mental health, or professional life, please contact the m9wim support team immediately. 7.3 You must be 21 years of age or older to use the Platform. m9wim takes the prevention of underage gambling seriously and will permanently close any Account found to be held by a person under 21, regardless of the Account balance.

8. Prohibited Conduct

8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Opening or operating more than one Account (see clause 3.2).
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime purpose.
• Depositing funds originating from criminal activity or proceeds of crime.
• Using third-party payment accounts not registered in the Member's own name.
• Using automated betting tools, bots, scripts, or any software that places wagers without direct real-time human input.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or unintended game mechanics to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through such exploitation will be voided.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or market.
• Placing wagers on behalf of third parties ("agent" or "sub-agent" activity).
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the Platform, interferes with other Members, or damages the reputation of m9wim.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the m9wim name and logo, game graphics, odds displays, text, software, and user interface design — is the intellectual property of m9wim or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, frame, scrape, or otherwise commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content without the prior written consent of m9wim.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, m9wim shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of goodwill.

10.2 m9wim's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single claim or series of connected claims shall not exceed the amount of real-money Balance held in your Account at the time the claim arises.

10.3 m9wim does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may affect Platform availability. m9wim will use reasonable efforts to notify Members of planned downtime in advance via the Platform's notification system.

10.4 m9wim accepts no liability for losses arising from events beyond its reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, internet outages, power failures, acts of government or regulatory authority, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.

11. Suspension & Termination

11.1 m9wim reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it determines — at its sole discretion — that a Member has breached any provision of these Terms, has engaged in prohibited conduct as described in clause 8, or that continued Account operation poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other Members.

11.2 Upon permanent closure of an Account for breach of these Terms, any Balance and Bonus Funds in the Account may be forfeited. Where a breach relates solely to bonus abuse or duplicate account use, the real-money Balance (excluding winnings derived from prohibited activity) may be returned at m9wim's discretion after investigation.

11.3 You may request voluntary closure of your Account at any time by contacting the support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days WIB. Any remaining Balance will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of KYC verification.

12. Governing Law

12.1 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which m9wim holds its international operating licence.

12.2 m9wim does not operate under Indonesian law and does not hold any licence issued by any Indonesian governmental or regulatory authority. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that m9wim is an international operator and that Indonesian law does not govern the contractual relationship between you and m9wim.

12.3 Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally through the support team shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of m9wim's licensing jurisdiction. You irrevocably waive any objection to proceedings being conducted in that jurisdiction.

13. Amendments

13.1 m9wim reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be published at m9wim.net/terms-conditions, together with the updated effective date.

13.2 Where changes are material, m9wim will use reasonable efforts to notify registered Members via the email address or in-platform notification system on file. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13.3 It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. m9wim recommends Members check this page before each session if they have not logged in for an extended period.

14.2 For complaints that cannot be resolved through first-line support, you may escalate in writing to the compliance team at the same email address, marking your message "Formal Complaint". m9wim targets acknowledgement of formal complaints within 48 hours WIB and a substantive response within 14 calendar days.
